Here in Shanghai, he is building 2 hotels; one is a 6-star Conrad Shanghai Hotel and the other is a 7-star Jumeirah Hantang Xintiandi Hotel.He holds a Master of International Affairs from the School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University, and earned a Juris Doctor from the NewYork Law School.He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Asia Society, United States since 2002, and he endowed a fund to sponsor The Leo KoGuan Program Series on U.S. - China Relations, promoting friendship between U.S. and China. He focuses his charity works on improving the well-being of all peoples in the world, and in China he hopes to better the quality of higher education. He is the Honorary Trustee of Peking University and the Honorary Member of the Board of Trustees of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is a Member of Board of Trustees and Honorary Professor of Law School, Fudan University.。
